Once you sync your Bank Account with our application, we expect you to spend a few minutes every week to record your Income and Expenses. This helps us understand your transactions better and advise you proactively if something goes against tax compliance’s.

Here is what you are expected to do:

1. Raise your Invoices

Once a customer confirms your order, make sure you send him an Invoice confirming the amount and payment terms. Doing this confirms the agreed amount and payment terms to both parties.

You are expected to raise such an Invoice using our application.  You can do this by navigating to Data Entry>> Invoices in your account.

2. Record your Expense Bills

Every time you receive a bill from a vendor, make sure you record the bills in the application. You can do this by navigating to Data Entry>> Expenses in your Account.

3. Process your Payroll

Set-up your Employee payslips every time an employee joins. Run your payroll using the application from Data Entry >> Payslips.

4. Transact through the Bank

Try transacting mostly if not only through the Bank. In case you spend in cash, you should let us know ( by calling or mailing your support accountant )

5. Pay your Taxes

You are expected to pay your taxes ( VAT, Service Tax and TDS ) before the 5^th of the following month and e-mail the challans to us.  You can find out how much you owe as Taxes from Tax Reports menu.

Here is what we will do:

1. Match your Receipts to your Invoices

Our application will import your Bank Transactions automatically and we will match your receipts to your Invoices every day and tell you how much your customers owe you.

2. Match your payments to your Expenses
