I was adverse to using the Online Version of Spreadsheets and Documents till my advisors, Sameer and Indus ( Morpheus Venture Partners ) convinced me to get started. Ive not looked back ever since. There are a large number of files we need to store everyday in our business; spreadsheets, documents, scanned receipts, screenshots, etc. Ive always wanted to have a single server space where all these documents can be stored, labelled, shared and searched.
As if the google guys heard what I thought, Google has announced that Google docs can store any type of document.
Thats a big yeah! for Small Business Owners.
An even better option is DropBox. Apart from uploading any kind of document, it also allows you to share between multiple devices. Yeah again!
