    Well I believe ‘Happy customers’ are a key to success 🙂 And nothing can as badly affect a business as a disgruntle customer. I think there was a time in past when people appreciated sweet sugar quoted words but now, there is a demand for genuine, direct, simple and honest approach. BTW, thanks for sharing a meaningful info-graph, I liked it.
