These industries all share a basic need of recurring delivery on set days – once per week, several times a week, every other week, once per month, etc. – which is a major facet of our software. We also work with companies from other industries – such as propane delivery and water delivery – but they aren’t in our core wheelhouse.

New customer registration – have the satisfaction of knowing any traffic you send to your new website will be able to easily find the signup mechanism and be walked through creating their profile and first order. Easily setup automatic communications to go out at scheduled intervals for new customers, as well as have the system followup after their first delivery! You control the content…our system makes it easy to educate customers on how your business works.
Existing customers can login and edit any of the details of their next 4 upcoming deliveries (until your cut-off time), set vacation dates, change personal information, enter a credit card on file for billing, or view/print past invoices, bottle deposits, payments, adjustments, credits, and other account activity. When customers enter the shopping section of your new website – they’re exposed to your full product list, featured products, sale items, first time order specials, new items – and suggestions for other items they might like in coordination with what they are currently browsing!
Customers can set their own “reminder” intervals and have the system alert them via email or text message (requires texting service) within their chosen timeframe of an upcoming delivery date.

Fast admin ordering – admins can quickly add several products at once from different categories to an order – keeping track of what they’ve added before getting confirmation from a customer on the phone.
Upsell customers on the phone – easily view the customer’s available first time order specials and cross related items while on the phone editing orders..
Override prices and cut-offs – admins have full control over adding products to orders past cut-off times, overriding normal prices for a product, and qty minimums, etc.
Print specific order-only invoices at anytime – choose one particular order to print, or a range of orders – for example you might print delivery invoices in route order, so that your drivers can drop them off with each stop.

Full control of product information – you enter the descriptions, the images, what categories the product lives in, the supplier, pricing – and any other special rules that apply – from minimum order amounts to cost and inventory information – all the way down to warehouse location. Track your emails to customers – find out how many times it was read, who read it, what links were clicked on – measure the effectiveness of your email campaign.
Email invoices to your customers – statements, individual order invoices, or a set of order invoices.
Followup after registration – give your customers some incentive to place their first order or send them some instructions on how your company operates – maybe include a coupon code to entice them on a new item you are offering – all automatically through your auto-responders.

Dashboard statistics – you can easily view some of the most important information at anytime, right on your admin dashboard – stats like your sales this month vs. last month, new customers this month vs. last month, YTD sales, total outstanding – top routes, top products, top customers – and health of the system information.
Sales reports – easily track your sales by date range – per route, per product, per membership level – or a combination of any variables – alternately produce a list of everyone who ordered “x” product during a certain date range…find out what your profit is on “x” route for a date range – – – sort your results, print them, export to excel, etc.
Customer reports – track down who your top customers are, or who out of your customer base doesn’t have a recurring order setup, or produce a screen of results showing customers that haven’t ordered from you in the last 60 days – send them all an email directly from the report, or export it to excel, print, or sort your results. Need to keep track of customers to followup with each day or week? No problem, use the customer followup report…and instantly know who you need to contact. Find out who is on hold…who is on vacation…who hasn’t paid…how many new customers you’ve had, and what that means money-wise…the data is endless.
Product & inventory reports – produce reports of your current inventory, or find out how much inventory you’ll need for next Thursday’s orders. Search for how much of “x” product you sold during last year at this same time. Got pre-order products? Pull up a complete list of all the orders so far…easily find your sale items…find items that are disabled…out of stock…low on inventory, setup as a first-time order special – the possibilities are limitless.
Financial reports – along with the sales and profit reports, you can easily export all financial data in CSV format. You can find out how much in check, cash, and electronic payments were posted for any given date range – how much in credits or adjustments were issued to customers for a date range – or find out what’s currently outstanding in the system.
